Opening Bluebird's Apothecary

We are pleased to announce that Bluebird's Apothecary now has products in stock from local plant medicine makers. This is a dream that has been long coming and we are elated to be working with the Dragonfly Healing Nest and Seed & Sound Apothecary, creating access to their wonderful healing products here in Bethel at 14 Main Street..

Darlene Akers has stocked a bounty of treasures from her Andover Apothecary including a locally sourced Pine herbal steam and Echinacea tinctures to name a few. Lauren Beatrice from Seed & Sound Herbal Apothecary in Windham has dropped off a load of samples including their 6 Mushroom Blend, Immune Boom Tincture, Digestive Bitters as well as a selection of her wonderful tea blends---all amazing organic or wild foraged made-in-Maine plant medicines. Troy Ryerson has stocked some of his locally foraged and ground Chaga on the shelves. Chaga tea is a wonderful coffee alternative with a multitude of health benefits. We are grateful for these collaborations with local plant medicine makers and have plans to bring Mountain Meadow Farm's products onto the shelves in the near future. Our goal is to build a comprehensive cooperative apothecary for natural and sustainable plant medicines featuring local and Maine-made medicines along with carefully curated dietary supplements and teas.
